Shipping & Returns

All orders are fulfilled in 3-6 business days and processed by the post office within 7-10 business days of purchase date. However, orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

All herbal products are handmade in small batches and are carefully formulated and distributed by the Southern UniTea Apothecary, LLC. in Augusta, GA

 

If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please kindly allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone. Once notified, you will receive a follow-up message to confirm you received your order.
